Perfect for those looking for a thorough game plan to get them back on track in desired health goals. This call will help you feel confident moving forward in the areas of mind, body and spirit (whichever you chose or all 3!) We can discuss weight management, mental health, life planning, diabetes, high blood pressure, nutritional eating and more! Some specialities of mine include: High Blood Pressure Diabetes Weight Management Womb healing- PCOS, Endometriosis, Fibroids, Infertility, hormonal imbalances Thyroid concerns Inflammatory conditions (conditions ending in -itis) Auto immune conditions Cancer Food addiction ADD/ ADHD Migraines Heart conditions and more! Note: To get all that you can out of the session, please arrive on time. The call is on zoom so if you're not familiar with zoom please arrive early to troubleshoot if needed. I will give a curtesy 10 minute wait, after this I will cancel the call and move to the next client
